He has led the development and deployment of full-scale crypto exchanges, integrated secure crypto wallets, and launched token-based ecosystems, including NFTs and metaverse environments.

Bheema has successfully driven end-to-end implementations of ICOs and airdrops, combining strategic vision with hands-on architecture and execution. His experience in scalable system design, Agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management has been instrumental in guiding cross-functional engineering teams through rapid development cycles and complex infrastructure builds.

At Autheo, Bheema plays a pivotal role in advancing the company’s Layer-1 infrastructure and THEO AI, overseeing the technical foundation that powers decentralized identity, orchestration, and modular Web3 development tools.
