Kenneth Harper is an accomplished leader with over 25 years of experience in data strategy, AI/ML, and blockchain solutions. He pioneered and designed a next-generation data platform built on decentralized, multichain blockchain technologies, including Cosmos SDK, Polkadot Substrate, Avalanche, IPFS, and Filecoin, leveraging Layer-1 and Layer-2 architectures. His work incorporates Zero Knowledge Proofs, ZK Rollups, Decentralized Identity frameworks, and other privacy-preserving techniques to protect and secure data. He has led blockchain-based data governance initiatives that significantly reduced data quality issues through immutable tracking of data lineage and observability pipelines, creating robust and compliant systems.
